E-Skate is a semi-custom training program for people on the go.  This will appeal to weekend warriors and intermediate competitors who need guidance and structure in their training. 

Who? This program is designed for novice/intermediate skaters who are looking for structure and guidance in their training.   

What?  This is a semi-custom periodized program that is based on your goals and your competition schedule.  This program is designed to prepare you for the demands of competition by facilitating one or more peaks in performance.  Skaters will be exposed to a variety of interval, sprint, and recovery based training methods in order to best prepare for racing.
